As you may be aware 'Inspiring You' and 'Sport England' has provided funding so that children with additional needs can access climbing at a much reduced rate. So that the funding can be continued and for future bids to be considered it is important that I gather evidence that the funding has been used appropriately and has been enjoyed by the children that take part. Therefore I would like to ask you permission to photograph your children so that this can be submitted as evidence and for future marketing of AACT. Please Click Here to download the Photograph Consent Form.

New for this year is the 'Gateway Card' which is free and can help you to access activities available through the short breaks programme. From 1 April 2012, you will be required to register for a Gateway Card to use any activities funded by our short breaks programme.

The Gateway Card leaflet explains about the card and contains a registration form which can be printed off and returned by freepost. Alternatively, you can apply online at HantsWeb Gateway Card.
